WHAT IF?

There is a strong tendency for followers to build

an expectation of the followed. There is a strong

desire to want superpowers in our heroes, in our

Gods, and in our leaders; to counteract our perceived

human powerlessness. So, God, for many, has assumed

the big three: omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent:

a super savior of such magnitude; who, for a prayer

will rectify any issue or ill, self-created or not.

 

As we reflect on this approach - the debate and 

consider its validity - many turn away, questioning

why a multitude of dutiful believers have faced

torment, torture, and mass extinction without

even a drop of mercy, grace, or intervention. 

 

As the note below proposes, what if God shares

our consciousness, but is not able to counteract

human free will and directly intervene in the affairs

of humankind? What does it indicate about God –

what would it suggest that we consider doing

to save ourselves, primarily from ourselves?

 

For a few months, I have been reading and rereading

the note below titled The Stirrings, along with several

related notes that have followed and support a similar

line of reasoning.

 

This initial note below offers a framework- for how

an emergent God might come into existence. I am

still praying, meditating, and asking for guidance

regarding this topic, but this is one example of

the response I am receiving.

 

On this note, the emergent God inherits

a troubled collective human consciousness,

unable to exist without turmoil, war,

and savagery. Hate to say it, but sounds

a lot like life on our planet today. So I thought

I would try my hand at a brief introduction

to frame what might have been happening

in the world at the time of this emergence

of God. Ok, let’s start with my intro.

 

When a groggy consciousness awakes to its

intention,  fed by gaining strength from, and

finally given substance to by the fearful cries

and pleas of early humaness – earth’s original

inhabitants - daily facing a stark existence in 

a new world; as there fierce, more menacing,

cohabitants seek nourishment, and evolutionary

placement; this infant collective awareness, with

wordless mindfulness, struggling for existence:

produces the perfect clamor to call forth their

salvation, an emerging God, a collective universal

consciousness that finds a reason, an intention,

a purpose, and offers a refuge.

  

THE STIRRINGS

God came into being through the stirrings

of a combined consciousness, becoming

aware and awake, reaching out to make

sense and purpose of this united presence,

this life fully aware of itself, its place, its

possibility: knowing each individual

presence was, in fact, a part and parcel

of its larger, fuller, greater perspective;

all-inclusive, evolving, and growing. becoming,

being, then dissolving; a sense of one,

whole, a sum of its parts became – this entity

of combined human consciousness, yet also,

inclusive of all less vigorous or fully aware.

Knowing – even as it awoke, the realization

of a turmoil within, at war with itself, angry,

unable to appease or unite:  even so,  its

allegiances, tribes, or coalitions left little

but fear, despair, and savagery – to placate

it, to aid in its becoming, to foster its evolution –

how was the repeated question, as the over

mind, the now overall consciousness ruminates

its purpose, its existence.

Book Three of The Finding God On The Train Story

series focuses on exploring the human soul and how

it relates to and interacts with God Consciousness.

The note below, aptly titled Personal Consciousness,

takes us deep into this relationship and provides

guidance on how we can reveal and expand this

divine connectivity.  

 

PERSONAL CONSCIOUSNESS

 

Before the beginning, there was only

God Consciousness – Universal Consciousness -

where now your Personal Consciousness exists

as a bubble of viable, evolving intention, allowing

the life as you know it to exist and be experienced 

within -  giving it tangible form and solidity –

forming it, expanding it into the existence

you now are aware of and accept.

 

Personal Consciousness is protected within

the sea of God Consciousness – receiving

nourishment, guidance, and inspiration, yet,

fully able to exist on its own - to live a life with

or without God connection.

 

Personal Consciousness expands or contracts

to match individual desires, conception, or

intention. At the same time, it is the pathway

or portal to the interconnectivity of Universal

Consciousness with the ability to connect to the

collective creative power of all who exist or who

have ever existed.

 

During meditation and prayer allow yourself

to experience and journey within your Personal

Consciousness – expanding your vision –

revealing the true center of your existence –

push towards knowing how you exist within

the sea of God Consciousness – allowing the

edges to fade – the boundaries to disappear

until you feel God wash over you – feel

the sincerity of pure love enfold you – and

from this point work on strengthening

this conceptual connection until you touch

the true center of gravity.

the limits of the whole. The power of this

creative force is love – the love of the

initiative – of boundlessness forever

reforming, multiplying the collective 

energy of all humankind – all existing life.

 

We are truly the living spirit of conscious-

ness – bursting forth in an infinite variety

of magnificence. We are one and living in

this whole – the true living spirit of God.

The guidance below, which is typical of the

message I have received regarding our

existing relationship with consciousness,

reiterates the notion of a more robust and

vital dimension than we may usually imagine;

one that includes all time, all substance, all

existence – past, present, or future. Since,

in my New Thought perspective, God and

consciousness are indistinguishable,

with divinity and consciousness being one,

the infrastructure for our existence and

all existence, is, primarily, this field of

consciousness.

 

THE FIELD OF CONSCIOUSNESS

 

Consciousness so vast, so connected,

so intertwined, it is tidal with the ebb

and flow of past, present, and future;

thick with being; it blends and melds

like a dense batter stirred by the very

animation of being, as it reaches, stretches,

presses to be more, to hold the content

of life erupting, until it constructs the now

we inhabit, a delicate blossoming present,

formed of past and future unseen but

always the essential fabric of this now,

as it unfolds on: know this consciousness

is a field of being twisting, billowing, with

undulating life – all life that has lived,

is living, or will live – seek to comprehend

this connector of all being, all existence,

all presence; this ocean of being.

scope - (noun) 1. the extent of the area or

subject matter that something deals with

or to which it is relevant: 2. the opportunity

or possibility to do or deal with something:

(verb) 1. assess or investigate (something):

2. North American Informal – look at

something carefully. 

  

Daily living is all about making distinctions,

differentiating the incoming stimuli, labeling

what is experienced, comparing and contrasting

each stimulus, to identity, sort, and file it away

for current, or future action based choices.

 

I often find myself focused on what I am attending

to at the moment in my life, rather than what might

be beyond it, creating it, or fostering it.

 

From time to time, I receive guidance, like the note 

featured here titled Scope, clearly urging me on 

to expand my awareness, to stretch my spiritual

field of vision, to perceive beyond the simple

reality I live through and with each day.

 

For some of us, our current spiritual scope may

be all we desire at the moment, our existing

connection with God fitting our actual needs,

not requiring any further stretching or expanding

of our perspective.

 

I guess the question requiring some attention

is primarily - what is our personal scope; that is,

what are we seeking to achieve with our spiritual

quest? And based on this answer, if we believe

it appears warranted, we can assess what type

of scope adjustment needs to be considered.

Then perhaps, the note offered below, might

serve as a starting point or framework.

 

SCOPE

 

Scope is an essential aspect of the quest for a

positive, personal spirituality. Scope – the depth

and breadth of any earnest pursuit of clarity

or truth; a more encompassing perspective;

a more focused intention, one allowing us to peer

beyond the limits of the periphery, stretching our

field of vision, our comprehension, the elasticity 

of standard or expected conscious possibility,

accepting full well the folly of material, concrete,

solid; conscious and aware no such a distinction

exists; here now, our scope is broader, blending 

the dimensions of reality with imagination, secular

with the mystic, tangible with the forming and

formless: and now with this ever broadening scope, 

we begin to reveal the true nature of being,

the continual incorporation of all with all,

a borderless, boundaryless wash of watercolor,

where this is attached to that, as our scope unravels

the folly of distinction, separation, uniqueness – 

knowing only oneness, absolute unity.

CONNECTED WITHIN

Within connected consciousness, we exist,

whole and fully supported our visions, hopes,

desires; solitary and intricately shared,

reverberating, vibrating, from local space

throughout the whole – all individual beats

of a magnificent spiritual drum pounded

in syncopated splendor, coupled with like

expressions until a resounding ocean of clear

intention surfaces, moving tsunami like

throughout the one mind of existence,

attracting, calling forth, what might be -

should be - and now, with this tumult –

could be, very possibly, communally

expressed.

 

Know our individual perception of

a world worth living, fostering, incubating,

nourishing, fermenting, finds its very origin

in our singular, personal imagination,

our audacity to visualize a more pertinent

existence, a more bountiful and appealing

being a way forward to shared joy,

a collective happiness, a lasting hope.

Morphic Resonance – the principle theoretical

concept and hypothesis of renown British

biologist Rupert Sheldrake, Ph.D.: who posited 

that memory is inherent in all of nature; with

natural systems, such as termite colonies,

or orchid plants, or apple trees, or insulin

molecules, or humanity as a whole, inheriting

a collective memory from all previous entities

of their related system; available and usable

as a guide to enhance growth and development.

 

The establishment of our personal, individual

existence, before or after this earthly life,

has been a point of much speculation and

conjecture.  As with all things spiritual,

we tend to layer myth, wishful thinking,

and hopeful clairvoyance to come to our

belief, whether individually, or as an

adherent of a specific religious perspective.

 

As a true believer in the traditional view

of heaven, my wife Ann shudders when

I talk this way. Even so, I feel it is essential

that we not just except a standard answer

without questioning its veracity, at least as

it relates to our spiritual perspective.

 

My guidance, like the featured note, has

repeatedly pointed to not only an afterlife,

but a before–life, with this all too brief

time in between, a place of fostered growth,

an incubator of sorts where our joint

experiences are folded back into conscious-

ness, to be shared with those who are still

in the process of living.

 

It is not my purpose to dispel or disclaim

your vision of the afterlife, only

to stimulate productive speculation for

those inclined, who, like me, may find

themselves closer to the after part than

the before.

 

FOSTERED GROWTH

What exists beyond life, existed before life,

the presence, the essence, established as

fact and form, inhabiting all time frames,

all sequences presented as the possibility

to be engaged, offered for evolvement,

for enhancement, for becoming, in what

we conceive of as tangible life, to be allowed

fostered growth, creative blossoming,

experiential stretching; able to ascend

or pretend, or descend as occasioned,

and with this existential opportunity

a platform for emotional connection,

the extension for singular into plural

existence, forming a web of connection;

life integrated and tied together, using

free will to push the boundaries of possibility –

to grow life – establish potential, and

when fully exercised, to take this learning,

this insight, returning to where it originated,

to lasting consciousness, to share in morphic

resonance as needed, with all life becoming.

There is a precision to this life

that is beyond human comprehension –

an intricacy, a measured design,

a blueprint based in magnificence,

in splendor, in the divine.

 

Reflect on this precision today,

its coordination, its system, its flow;

imagining the power, the intelligence

capable of setting life in motion, mobilizing

it on a daily basis, energizing its unfolding,

recreating its eternal, infinite propulsion.

 

With awe, contemplate this precision,

stretching awareness to encompass

the whole vision of an intricate oneness,

an infinite number of vibrant, living particles

infused into a solitary, connected entity,

an orchestrated wonder, purposeful being,

realizing the true nature of this, your existence.

progeny – noun – (treated as singular or plural)

a descendant or the descendants of a person,

animal, plant, and offspring.

 

The concept of an emergent God has captured

my attention and contemplation, a God that

might have erupted from the creative life force

within us, a product of our confluent intentions,

given form by our joint hopes, dreams, desires,

imaginings; attracted by our incessant spiritual

need: eventually given life within our communal

consciousness, our shared universal consciousness.

 

Today, while meditating and focusing on this

possibility that humankind may have reached

out for salvation and transcendence, I was

offered the note below and jotted down these

inspired words.

 

AN EMERGENT GOD

We, humankind, are the progeny of an ever

evolving existence, of intentions, formed and

emergent, palpating with desire, fervor,

stretching to be more, to be alive, pushing

what is not into being, shaping formless into form,

an incubator for possibilities and potential.

 

God, as with all existence, is the result of this

creative cauldron, perhaps conceived by a

a multitude of hopeful whispers, pleas for

salvation, a reverberation of heartfelt intentions,

etched out from centuries of suffering and fear,

grasping for an overseer of humanities’ plight

and destiny; for a friend, an arbitrator, perhaps

to offer a sense of rationality, balance, and morality

in a tumultuous world.  

 

This God, formed in our mutual and shared

consciousness has been given life, taking shape,

answered our prayers, aiding in our becoming,

realizing our capacity for magnificence as

well as intolerance, working to manage

our appetites for more, urging us to consider

love over madness, hope over despair –

enlightenment over darkness.

THE SPOT OF INFINITE UNFOLDING

Life is expression full and robust,

the demonstration of a flowing and

the flowering of intention, the consequences

of existence in all its forms and varieties,  

extending to reach through and beyond,

to grasp possibility and potential,

willing both into tangible substance,

experienceable being.

 

Every part and parcel of this orchestration

that enlivens our souls, pumps our lungs,

maintains our equilibrium, displays our

consciousness is an active agent of life

evolving, the tentacles of God reaching,

imagining, envisioning via each sentient

presence through each awareness.

 

We, you and me, all represent

the ultimate testament to this force

of natural striving, this Divine reaching,

this roar of heartfelt becoming, fresh

in its order, always presenting a continual

newness, an infinite surprise, a possibility

reachable but beyond reach, a solitary

point where life unfolds, erupts, comes,

goes, and becomes again: the spot of

infinite unfolding.

pivot – noun - the central point, or shaft

on which a mechanism turns or oscillates.

 

verb – (pivots, pivoting, pivoted) turn on

as if on a pivot; (pivot on) depend on.

 

Life pivots on the present moment; for every

moment we exist – every moment we live –

we are presented with, as the note below

conveys, a pivot point. I believe it is exactly

within this moment, this pivot point, where

God exists, where we actually exist, where

all consciousness exists.

 

We each must, on our own, recognize

the opportunity offered by these present

moment based pivot points, learning how

to maximize their utility and as the adroit

basketball player often accomplishes:

stop dribbling, set one foot firmly as

the pivot, and then, swivel to reposition

our future efforts for more effective and

positive living.

 

THIS MOMENT

With every moment we are presented with

an opportunity to be more, to choose our

own unique direction, to interpret our

existence, to perceive our future and manifest

its very essence, to lay the ties and trestles

of this momentum, to alleviate our suffering,

to flourish even with our burdens in tow,

to soar through our real or imagined

constraints, manifesting our magnificence.

 

With every moment comes a point of choice,

to propel forward or shrink into the malaise

of our fears and concerns, to boldly say yes

to life and living, to hold our worthy vision

before us, and with each deliberate chisel

stroke give this vision life and vitality,

thinking it into worthy existence – creating

a more wholesome and flourishing reality.

 

With every moment an opportunity, a choice,

a personal, spiritual refinement, renewal –

a chance to peer within, to grasp our purpose,

our meaning, allowing its significance

to stoke, our enthusiasm, summon our joy,

as our purpose aligns with our will – life

synchronized, harmonious, as God’s love

assists our efforts, preparing the way

to our rightful destiny.

capacity to fully cocreate our lives with God: actually

manifesting our heaven on earth. Framing this local

mind in a positive manner – controlling our local

consciousness, allowing us to grow and evolve in

a creative mode rather than a destructive mode.

 

CONCENTRIC CIRCLES OF CONSCIOUSNESS

Concentric circles of consciousness forming, being,

or existing, layer upon layer, together with but distinct,

based in the infinite or God or cosmic consciousness –

containing all existence in one potent and all-inclusive

awareness – the total awareness, the adhesive thought 

of all existence – the thought of an active God/Spirit/

Being/Oneness – a conscious presence, the fertile soil

of all awareness.

 

Part and parcel of this founding layer exists the collective

 

consciousness of all previous or waiting existence –

 

providing the wisdom of the multitude of existence. 

 

Within these concentric circles lie the communal

 

or the collective consciousness of existing sentient

 

life formed one circle at a time by each individual

 

consciousness, each personal (or sentient) being

 

shared but personalized – made distinct by borders – 

 

by thought-restricted boundaries – yet one by

 

the original foundation of each.

 

To connect with the cosmic or God-consciousness

is to break through the conceptual separation

and connect with what is already existing at the

very heart or center of your consciousness –

waking to your own divine core.

 

Work to expand your consciousness,

understanding the significance of each layer

in your life. Submerge, extend, and transcend

individual consciousness – live within.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of this

Finding God On The Train quest is the

inspired notes I occasionally record during

my more intense meditations; what I have

come to refer to as Notes On Enlightenment. 

 

As with this note below titled The Implicate

Order Of God Alive, I may, when received,

just record the note and let it wait for publishing –

in this case, since August 2017 - giving me

time to ponder its message and significance,

or to wait until I feel it seems appropriate.

 

What I enjoy most about these notes is

the challenge to delve deeper, to decipher

the message as it relates to my personal

spiritual perspective. This note appears

to answer my question regarding who

created whom, was God a result of the

collective human consciousness' yearning

for a higher, more intelligent overseer –

one that would be loving, kind, and supportive.

Or, was it, as most believe, and this note

underscores, God directed and initiated.

 

Whatever we may personally conceive

of as the originator of sentient existence,

the note below offers us a perspective

to fuel our spiritual contemplation.

  

THE IMPLICATE ORDER OF GOD ALIVE

In the beginning, there was the mind of God,

purposeful, intentional, of the law and

of the will, the cosmic mind of all consciousness,

of all order, of all being, the observer of all

existence, its vision, its perception, aware

and alive, vibrational, powered by potential,

directed by the desire for a more complete

universe.

 

All that exists within the parameters

of this containment, as all local and non-local

mind, consciousness, and the matter of the

perceivable universe: the earth, life as we

know it, a manifestation of this conceptual

framework, created by the mind and

the consciousness of God, within the whole, 

the Implicate Order of God alive.

 

In this sense, humanity, humankind is created,

or manifested in the image or conceptual nature

of God, with the human mind and consciousness

at both the local and the non-local levels, a reflection

of God's mind/consciousness - both being individually

able to impact its vision and the creation

of the universe.

 

In this sense, all physical existence is a product

of the mind, powered still by the intentional,

manifested at will with the energy of raw emotion.

Within this God universe and the human universe

all continues, alive and thriving, as one.

THE COLLECTIVE BEING

God is not a super being - God is the collective

being of our consciousness, our existences,

our living experience combined and infused

into one potential source of guidance and

inspiration – it is not he or it – it is they or

them from the first to the last – all sentient

conscious life working to assist us in living

it better, fuller, with less pain, with more joy,

to assist us with stumbling less and running

more – to assist us with living beyond the

limits and, by doing so, expand the potential

for all to follow in the future.

 

We, each of us, are connected to this field of

God-consciousness, aware of its purpose.

We are present extensions of possibility,

of potential, feeding back our experience.

Our Soul is the portal to the Collective Soul

of life as God – by praying to it, by connecting

with it, by appealing to it, it will guide us,

enlighten us with what it knows to date, 

pushing us to even greater heights.

This is God.

Often, I allow the words to appear and find

their place as willed from beyond, or perhaps 

deep within myself, I am never quite sure,

and as with most things spiritual, the source

is not readily clarified. 

 

I do believe this force that touches our hearts, 

that some of us recognize as divine is not held

to our narrow perspective: our sliver of time;

but is, the becoming itself is the emergence

of life pursued, encouraging all who will listen 

to strive further, to keep pushing, thus being

made more alive by the very momentum 

created out of our living and like a joyful

child being playfully spun - shrieking

with laughter - cajoling us to spin faster -

please, faster. 

  

THE PURSUIT OF BECOMING

Allow what is to be, without fret 

or sorrow or consternation, 

being aware of the true destiny

of this existence, a life lived 

in pursuit of becoming

what has been established

before, and will be forever after:

predestined destiny, the arising

of fuller, more fragrant possibility,

do not dismay but flourish,

for this time has been and will

forever be a charted course

of a multitude of strivings,

reachings, graspings, and when

a grip is found, seeking leverage,

summoning strength and finding

new ground, an unexpected stance,

a wary balance, a fresh perspective,

a new, ripe beginning from which

to reach, to strive, to seek again

and again, and forever again –

in pursuit of becoming.

Exist now within the deep adventure of living,

submerged in existence, often consumed

by sensations, emotions, thoughts, experiences –

fully immersed in the content while struggling

to find a tangible thread of logic, a course of

action, a firm essence.

 

This adventure requires more than open

consumption, it calls for reflection, contemplation,

a wholehearted effort to interpret its meaning,

its message for you and all sentient existence -

alive today or who has ever lived or will ever

live.

 

As the adventure unfolds daily, know that

it has a conceptual grounding, a meaningful

course, a dynamic purpose; dive into its rich

thickness, deep and determined, clearing

your consciousness of magic and myths,

rather observant of what this divine gift

indicates - summons - asks in return.

PARTICLE OF TOTAL CONSCIOUSNESS

Even a small particle of consciousness is the

total consciousness of God – the I AM. You are

this essential cell of God-consciousness, forming

and manifesting the world into cocreated life

and creation.

 

A single cell of consciousness in the universal

body and form of God – moving forward with

the will and destiny of a particle energy –

mobilizing and energizing in harmony with

this universal consciousness – this infinite

consciousness – this infinite awareness we

often call God, Source, Spirit, or Divine Mind.

 

On a universal level, all the cell particles of

individual consciousness – from what we know

as sentient life – formulate and mobilize the total

consciousness – the I AM of all consciousness.

Be aware of your essential nature – your connection

and contribution to the whole, being aware of its

significance.

 

For a spiritually awakened you, contributes to

the full awakening of all intentions throughout

the universal consciousness. If you join with

others who are still asleep, within the illusion

of separateness and disjointed life, you will slow

the evolution of enlightenment – the movement

towards full awareness of God as God.

 

Ensure your consciousness is awake, alive, and

ready to bring forth life, power, and growth 

to the universe of love and God.

As we have discussed, the focus of the Finding

God On The Train Story message, is that we

and God interact through a shared consciousness

and as a result, as the note below conveys, it is a

“logical” outgrowth of this conceptual framework

that we share a combined existence, teamed

to make the most of our endeavors and our lives.

This, of course, is facilitated, and the benefits 

of coexistence maximized, when we actually

buy-in to this framework.

 

Likewise, this notion is built on the premise

that every living, being has an inner divine

nature and connection, that even with flat-out

negation, this divine connection cannot

be turned off or severed. Thus, the opportunity

for this inner divinity to assist even the totally

lost with reclaiming their redemption.

 

We, who believe in combined being, are in

a unique position to actually cocreate with

God our lives of joy, peace, love, and happiness –

heaven on earth. Others will benefit from

God’s close proximity and ability to assist

when possible.    

 

COMBINED BEING 

The lasting partnership of total oneness

asks for only acceptance, a willingness

to be one with the enveloping consciousness

of the eternal spirit, open to its flow, its push

and pull of complete awareness.

 

This consciousness incubates and fosters

the individually perceived awareness,

seen by most, as distinct and separate.

Spirit is with you as the air you breathe

is with you, dislocation, separation is

untenable, impossible; yet many conjure

a distance between the created and

the creative force of all.

 

Understand that Spirit, the infinite

awareness, through the soul, provides

the framework for a lasting partnership

of combined being, able to live and

be a united unfolding presence, open

to engender form from well-intentioned

thought, to partner in the cocreative

wonder of living, being, becoming.

There are periods when I find it difficult

to connect with my Divine guidance; when

this occurs it usually takes me some effort

to determine what I am doing to impede

the process. I  have been in such a period

recently.  During these periods I do receive

direction, like I did this morning, when

my journal opened to the note below

and I felt compelled to read it, and publish

it on the blog.

 

As a musician, I realize the significance

of silences created by the composer,

instrumentalist, or improviser in a piece

of music; referred to as the “rests” –

an eighth rest, a quarter rest, a half rest,

a whole rest – designated portions

of time equivalent to the actual played

note lengths, where there is silence;

no sound is to exist. Of course, without

silence, there is no music, only a drone

of a fluctuating sound.

 

Perhaps, I am to understand and utilize

these periods of  divine “rest” or silence,

to listen to the eternal voice of the being

that exists, always within me, the message

and guidance of my own soul or divine-self.

 

WITHIN THE SPACES 

Live within the spaces of consciousness,

between the overlap of spheres of influence,

space between the concentric circles.

Movement between the spheres is doable

after detachment from the fixed state of

personal consciousness. It is in the spaces,

the silences, between words, thoughts, ideas,

and expressions – where the true genius exists.

The divine resides within the spaces, providing

the fabric of consciousness. Spaces between

the breaths, between the tones. Travel the

silent spaces.

 

Live within the spaces of existence, between

the beats of the heart. Allow life – Divine life –

to erupt from the spaces. Listen to the voice

of eternal being within you; the message is

soft and appealing, one of unity – furtherance –

and continual transcendence. Listen to the voice,

the message is so fragrant, that it enlivens every cell.

 

Live today within the spaces – feel the presence,

the true peace. Stop thinking, feel it instead,

truly encounter the true amniotic fluid –

the moist substance of eternal destiny – here

for a brief moment before moving onto more

pertinent being – an existence framed in more

expansive consciousness, yet know your life –

this life, and all its wonder and expansiveness,

is the true test – the epic adventure forcing

all who participate to develop, evolve, and

eventually, to transcend.

What if we could see the world the way that

God would perceive it? In the Affirmative

Thought below, we pose the question and

speculate on what would be on God’s mind

and how would God feel? 

 

Would God be focused on compassion,

love, kindness, or something else?

 

AS GOD WOULD SEE IT                                                      

Today let us see the world –

     our world – as God would see it – 

    alive with infinite possibility

and potential – abundant and ripe

    for further creation and evolution –

beautiful and wondrous without measure.

 

Today let us see the world,

    through God’s mind and emotion –

full of compassion, full of love,

     full of kindness.

 

Today let us reach for God,

    with the hands of God,

forgiving those who are struggling

    emotionally, mentally, physically,

or spiritually; and through love,

     assist them with their

realignment and return to joy.

I have decided to present a few Meditative Notes

I have recorded that directly refers to Jesus or Christ

or Christ Consciousness. I am always working on

learning from the teachings and life of Jesus as Christ,

as I do from all the great spiritual leaders of the past.

 

I do believe Jesus was one of the most highly evolved

spiritual beings who have ever lived, and his life 

forms a path or way for all of us to emulate as

we move towards enlightenment.

 

New Thought often refers to the Divinity that we all

have within us as Christ Consciousness or the Inner

Christ. As we develop spiritually, we connect with

this consciousness, seeing the world as the

enlightened Christ. The following Meditation

Guidance focuses on a key component of this

way or path – Love.

                         

THE PATH TO CHRIST

Follow the path to Christ – through Christ –

with Christ – to the consciousness of Christ.

You are on the Crystal Path to the clarity of

consciousness – to pure connection with God

and man.

 

The path is pure, but the path is long, and at

times you will become confused and go off

course – even become lost. Follow the path

to Christ consciousness – do not be afraid –

do not despair, for God is with you for each

step.

 

Fill your heart with love – overflowing with love

for all creation as you turn off the constant manic

chatter of your mind. First, bathe yourself in love,

knowing your experiences today is part of the

divine order and the flow of your existence.

 

Love yourself and your perfection, your glorious

opportunity to experience the whole and abundant

life. Breathe out your negative, self-critical thought

and breathe in your splendor – your magnificence –

your wonder.

 

Loving yourself  - prepare to move forward -

freeing yourself from the details of the day.

Understand the illusion, you're often misguided

and unfounded interpretation of this thing you

call reality.

 

Remember, on the path, the reality you experience

is but a preparation – a sign of what you need to

learn or do to progress. Do not distort the now as

you view it through the convoluted lens of your ego

and see the magnificence of the journey and the joy

of moving on the path.

 

Follow the path and live, love, and be as Christ.

COLLECTIVE SOUL CONSCIOUSNESS

In prayer and meditation, you connect with

the collective  consciousness of all existence,

the consciousness of each person or living Soul

who is alive now or has ever lived or existed.

The faces you encounter in deep meditation

are the reflections of this conscious energy –

each a pattern or imprint of this life

consciousness – existing as memories of

all the lives they have lived.

 

This collective grouping of all Soul energy

combines to expand and reform constantly,  

and in total creates the infinite consciousness

or universal intelligence - connecting all

humankind. This consciousness – collectively –

forms the ever-expanding consciousness of God –

the creative energy of existence.

 

Each question or request framed in prayer

and meditation connects to this Collective Soul

and is responded to in kind with the appropriate

answer or action. In this way, God harnesses

the collective life experiences of all who have 

ever lived as a reference - as consultants -

to what is real human existence.

 

Each of us, upon transition, will enter this

consciousness carrying with us the life

experience, the joys, the knowledge, the

creations, as well as the sorrow, the regrets,

and any evil personally created. In order to

find peace, those who have created hell on

earth will be forced to reflect on their deeds

and seek resolution through the forgiveness  

of those who have been hurt. Those who have

created hell will carry their pain until

they are released or can attempt another

opportunity to live.

 

The Collective Soul Consciousness - the essence

of God - is the center of all knowledge and of all

love. It is the source of all cocreation – existing

and finding form as the Soul Consciousness

continually expands.

It has taken 13.7 billion years to create us;

the existing vanguard of conscious existence;

we must be sure to comprehend fully,

our relevance; our essential nature in the

amplification of all existence; we the pinnacle

of sentient, conscious creation; separate

yet indivisible: the current medium

of all that is.

 

WE ARE THE MEDIUM 

Worth, value, the essence of the meaning

or importance we attach to each aspect of

this life is presently determined by the value

of replacement, often failing to realize even

a moment of our conscious existence is beyond

value, irreplaceable, life in real-time, a sliver

is infinite and finite at the same time, like one

frame of a film, a nanosecond projected on

screens of consciousness within our minds,

the three-dimensional backdrop of each passing

moment, as senses fill the void with activity, color,

presence; we are the medium giving dimension

to the presence, so sure what is within us is a

representation of what is outside of us, fooled

into believing the distinction - when all is part

and parcel of even a fuller, more encompassing

consciousness: the unity, the all that is.

At the conceptual center of the New Thought

theological framework that my inspiration 

borrows from so heavily, is the genius

of  Ralph Waldo Emerson, leader of the

Transcendental philosophical movement

developing in New England around 1835.

 

Transcendentalism, a response to rationalism,

taught that divinity pervades all nature and 

humanity, and its early members who formed 

the Transcendental Club, including Margaret

Fuller, Bronson Alcott, Theodore Parker,

Frederick Henry Hedge, George Ripley,

Elizabeth Peabody, and later Henry David

Thoreau held progressive views on a

full range of spiritual and secular topics,

including feminism and communal living.

 

Much of the guidance forming this movement

evolved from the popular lecture based

essays written and presented by Emerson

at the time, along with the Transcendental

monthly literary publication – The Dial -

first published in October 1839.

 

Before proceeding, I would like to offer

the note that follows, titled Taut Wisdom,

and then return to Emerson and hopefully

clarify the central theme of this post.

 

TAUT WISDOM

The connection with all that is or has ever been,

is but a focused thought away – a conscious

awareness - congealed through vigorous living

and awaiting our reach, waiting, open

to reveal the centuries of experience founded

in hard-fought expression, sifted, mulled over,

boiled down to a wellspring of taut wisdom,

careful analysis, freshly minted insight,

steeped in the genius and talent of all who have

reached, have stirred, have flourished; even

those who have suffered with eyes wide open,

willing to aid others progress through the shifting

sands of existence: so, let us let go of any obstacles

real or self-created, keeping us from joining hands,

minds, with this divine resource; connecting,

allowing the vision and wisdom of a multitude

of expanded expression to overflow upon us,

submerge us in a more comprehensive perspective,

enveloping, exciting, exploding the creativity

that ignites us into an eternal flame.

This note, for me, expresses the existence

of a collective consciousness that I propose,

is a Collective Soul Consciousness at the center

of all inspiration, whether in word, thought,

vision, or dream that guides our creative

efforts, pushing us beyond the secular into

the spiritual domain.

 

All we need to do is open ourselves up

to this Taut Wisdom, allow it to inspire us, 

give it room to exist within us and express

its very essence through us. When we do,

we will understand the origins of great

genius, the artistic mastery of divine

insight.

 

It was Emerson who would first upset

ordained theology by presenting his

lectures titled the The Over-Soul and

Plato: Or, The Philosopher, outlining

his vision of the Over-Soul - a Universal

Mind shared by all, including God.

This concept was based primarily on

the work of Plato with refinements later

offered by Plotinus and other Neoplatonists.  

 

For Emerson, and the Transcendentalists,

this developing Universal Mind, or Reason

as Emerson would often refer to it, was the

ruling principle of living a spiritually based

individual life. At the next level was the

Cursive Mind, also called Understanding,

which represented the individual mind.

 

The promptings of this Reason or Universal

Mind were considered by Emerson to be

instinctive, intuitive, communicated in great

stillness without words, “apprehended in

moments of pure refection,” recognized

by the heart and then expressed by the

imagination.  

 

As I will clarify in Part Three of  the Finding

God On The Train Story – titled God

Consciousness and The Divinity Within,

which is still under construction and intended 

to highlight my Theory of God Consciousness, 

which includes, based on my guidance, this

aspect of Universal Consciousness referred

to as the Collective Soul Consciousness. I will

quote from a Part Three passage explaining 

what I mean by this concept.

 

The Collective Soul Consciousness is where

the life forces of all human or other sentient life,

existing now or previously existing, reside.

This collective grouping provides the creative

resource, the memory, and the intelligence of all

existence by creating an infinite consciousness

or intelligence, connecting all the souls of human

or other sentient life, with the guidance to develop

and grow per historical evolution and learning.

This is the level that holds the blueprint, the ever

evolving master design for all existence from the

cell level through the complexities of the human form.

 

I believe, as did Emerson that we are each able

to tap into this wisdom by entering into the

silence, asking for guidance, and just listening;

allowing this consciousness to express through

us without edit, by letting it convey.

I am beginning to clear the underbrush and

plow the field in preparation for PART FOUR 

of the Finding God On The Train Story 

titled God Consciousness And The Divinity

Within, where I will offer an in-depth review 

of both the religious and scientific thinking

regarding the interaction of our Personal or

Local Consciousness with what has been labeled

as the Universal or God-Consciousness.  I am

going to use the phrase Personal Consciousness

rather than Local Consciousness. Although I feel

Personal Consciousness is more descriptive,

either label fits.

 

Within our Personal Consciousness - the message

directs us to three components: the Operational

Mind - our day-to-day mind; the Spiritual or Divine

Mind - our soul and internal Divinity; and the Ego -

which attempts to ensure our gratification and

survival.

 

The Meditation Guidance below-titled Human

Evolution directs our attention to the evolution 

of our spiritual or Divine mind, as humankind, 

especially during periods of awakening, makes

a conscious effort to solidify this Divine connection,

and as a result, hastens the evolution of humankind

from the current ego focus to a spiritual or God

focus. This process is what the Kabbalists, the Jewish

Mystics refer to as "Godding" - where we strive to

take on the perceived qualities of God. It has been 

proposed that this Godding is truly the next

evolutionary stage of humankind.

 

I will spend considerable time in PART FOUR

exploring this concept that the next evolutionary

stage of humankind is the spiritual expansion of

human consciousness - which would, if successful, 

allow for the survival of the species and quite

possibly the world. 

 

Is this, by chance, God's principal motivation for

reaching out to inspire this global spiritual change?  

Would genetic spiritual transcendence allow us

to survive our own ego-based potential for self -

destruction, and annihilation? Are we who support

this movement toward the spiritual awakening

really involved in fueling this spiritual and

physiological evolution of humankind?  

 

As we prepare to tackle these questions, let us

first, look at the guidance below that I have

received on the subject, using this as a starting

point for our discussion.

 

HUMAN EVOLUTION

The Divinity within us exists in personal

consciousness as a component of the Divine

Mind, or self, will be the focal point for

humankind’s continued evolution beyond

the existing ego focus - leading to the true

acceptance of the next level of existence –

the establishing of our God nature.

 

This step in evolution will occur on a personal

collective level, as each soul learns to overcome

or marshal the ego forces, which create the evil,

injustice, pain, and suffering of the current world –

thus allowing the Divine Mind to team with the

Operational Mind and reframe the conscious focus

by gaining ego support in this spiritual purpose

going forward.

 

As this occurs on a personal consciousness level

with greater numbers -  the collective or God

consciousness is also altered and joins in to

support this evolutionary spiritual growth.

Through this evolutionary step towards the

Godding of humankind, all existence on earth

is reframed as the divine or personal mind is

linked to God's mind for the creation of heaven

on earth.

 

A new ethic is born, a new morality engaged,

a vital vision of hope, peace, love, and happiness

grasped forever.

Let us venture deeper into our conscious, 

subconscious and unconscious minds

to comprehend our divinity, our soul, and

its connection to the Universal Consciousness 

of God. We will also need to explore what

this entails and how it shapes our lives. 

 

I would like to start with an Affirmative

Thought titled True Spiritual Power, which

is a good opener for this rumination. Along

with this, I would like to feature the Meditation

TRUE SPIRITUAL POWER

Today return to your true spiritual

    power and the ability to tap the

God within you – the divinity waiting

    to evolve you and transform you into

a work of art – inspired art capable

    of molding, creating, and shaping

the world.

 

Today return to your true spiritual

    connection – a connection with the

consciousness of God – the living

    spirit of God always teamed with all

who have ever carried the banner

    of God’s power in the world – with 

every spiritual leader who has ever

    existed, waiting to guide you to a

better life.

 

Today return to your true intentions –

    your inspired intentions and know

you have the power to bring them

    to life – give them form and create

a life worth living – a thriving life –

a vibrant life – your perfect life.

THE DIVINE FORCE WITHIN

The Divine within you waits for your arrival,

for your awareness to catch–up, to wake up

to your true essence and potential. You are the

existence of God made manifest in physical form –

always with you - always waiting for you to

discover the full potential of your Divine essence.

 

The journey you need to take and master is the

journey within  - allowing you to connect with

your God nature and the Universal Consciousness

of God. God is not out there somewhere, but

inside of you through connected consciousness –

for how would an omnipresent God not be present

as an essential part of each and every sentient

life form.

 

As a leading-edge God presence -  it is your

responsibility to understand, nurture, and inspire

this force for creative, constructive, and pure

good in the world. Move through the portal

of consciousness and discover enormous and

infinite possibilities for this life you have chosen

to inhabit and live.

 

It is your choice as to how you use and reflect

this God force in the world – but by tapping into

this soul or spiritual center, you will uncover and

discover your authentic purpose, manifesting

it into your life as you move in the direction

of full cocreation with God.

 

Dive into your essence and discover the treasure 

within – your crystal heart.

Finding an analogy or symbol to describe God, 

helps us understand God as more than a concept, 

giving life to Spirit. In my poem below, Fabric Of God,

Spirit is the strong thread holding together life.   

 

FABRIC OF GOD           

Move through this life transcended –

awake and alive beyond the consciousness

of the physical – material world.

Comprehend the depth of the spirit holding

together the moment like strong thread.

 

The fabric is textured and full of manifested

and preconceived desire. Look deeply

at the fabric of life – the beauty

and craftsmanship of all forces

to create this moment.

 

The fabric of now was sewn with a billion

manifestations –  interrelated – conjoined

by mutual desire. Live the moment –

understand the creative energy required

to bring you this order – this into being.

 

Wrap yourself in the fabric – focus

on the threads of integrated life creation.

Rejoice in the opportunity to be a participant

in this creation.

 

This is the fabric of God – constantly evolving –

changing – reforming and becoming more.

The power of a new day

    is upon us – reveal the word –

        the word of the full potential

As I have presented the God, I met on the train,

I have realized that “my God,” instead of being

a separate entity is intertwined with and coexists

with all of sentient life, an active partner, instead

of a controller of humankind, existing as a creative

force, like a kiln where our ideas can be fired and

given lasting form.

 

The note below, titled Tangible Creation, expands

our perspective of the creative force of God in our

lives, telling us that our contribution is the total

focusing on our emotionally charged desire, fueled

by complete belief.

 

TANGIBLE CREATION

Tangible creation is envisioned as desire

formed into existence through the power

of cocreation, through your Divine Spirit 

connected and one, with God’s force and

power of creation.

 

Tangible creation is thought in form,

substance, where the imagined becomes

real takes life and appears in front of you.

 

Tangible creation springs from total focused

desire, uninhibited by the thought of lack or

impossibility – empowered by emotionally 

charged belief, powering the connection

to both your and God’s creative force –  

a life force combination so infused with

potential – intention – that it becomes real –

takes shape – and inhabits conscious form.

 

Tangible creation is your birthright – is at

the essence of the human spirit – the Divine

Soul – a power so vast but often unutilized, 

except for those who marshal its forces and

work to create the world of their dreams –

their heaven on earth. A power fueled

by complete belief, the absence of doubt,

loving desire, and faith in the creative

power of the Universal Mind.

 

Here is the universal power at the fingertips

of humankind. Learn it, harness it, and

create with it now!

IN COLOR

Often, it is as if we see the world in black and

white, unaware of the possibility of seeing

in color, and in this black-and-white world 

we exist, living our lives, although quite sure

of something missing, we cannot pinpoint

what it is.

 

When we are awake, in and with God,

the color returns, first in flashes and splashes, 

later in vibrant moments, and finally, the light

of love colorizes our total perception, all of  it:

we, it, they are alive in light and wonderful color.

 

Then, only then, do we understand the true

potential of existence; then, and only then,

do we know Divine life, which is the very radiance

and colors of love, of full compassionate human 

being; of perfect life alive.

GRATITUDE

Let us scan all of our positive emotions today

and choose the most powerful – gratitude –

knowing this sentiment represents our Soul

felt thanks for the sentient life we now enjoy –

grateful for the delicate thread that stitches

the fabric of our lives together into a living,

vital, wondrous form - a Divine thread sowing

a myriad of possibilities and situations into

an abundant, prosperous, and meaningful

existence, allowing us to discover and reveal

our sacred purpose, enabling us to be the living

hands and feet of God in a tangible world –

opening our eyes to the miracles sewn together

by Grace, so significant and thorough that it leaves

no life forsaken – no Soul untouched.

In New Thought, the concept of Christ Consciousness

often refers to our Divine Center or Soul, existing

within all of us; serving as our portal or connection

to God. The Hebrew Mystics, who follow the

teachings of the Kabbalah, believe in the existence

of many Soul levels with the “Neshama”-meaning

breath - associated with the highest level of human

spiritual awareness and connection to God.

 

I will consider that if you function from

this “Neshama” Soul or Spirit level, you have

reached enlightenment.

 

I would also say that Abraham, Moses, Isaiah, Jesus

and the other Hebrew prophets, along with Buddha,

Mohammad, Lao Tzu, and many other spiritual 

beings have hit this level of higher awareness and

connection with Source.

 

If you are not Christian, you could easily think

of this as Moses Consciousness, or Mohammad

Consciousness, or Buddha Consciousness

- because I believe all three of these spiritual

avatars listed above have reached an inner

mystical state awareness and Divine connection 

with the Tao, Allah, Source, Universal Intelligence,

Infinite Mind, Universal God-Consciousness or any 

term you wish to use to refer to a Divine connection

with God.

 

Here is a meditative note discussing this level of

spiritual awareness as Christ Consciousness.

 

POWER OF CHRIST 

The answer is within the guidance, the path,

and the way to enlightenment. Live through

the consciousness of your Christ center.

Find the center – move towards it and reach 

for its peace, joy, and harmony with life.

 

The voice of the Christ within you is soft but

profound. Listen internally through prayer

and meditation. Disregard the warnings

of the ego that may pretend to be the voice

of Christ within.

 

You want so much more - money, power

recognition, control, but these are illusions

created by a false reality.

 

Live pure, clear, honest, and loving, and you will

work beyond the ego. Your ego would have you

believe that your actions, or failure to act, create

this reality. Beware of your thinking; it is not a

positive force. The thoughts you have are often

not based on logic but on pain.

 

Be proud and loving and accept who you are.

You are a positive force life force who has

accomplished much under great challenge.

Christ loves you and truly appreciates your

strength, kindness, love, and spirit of adventure.

 

Move to the center – to the Christ spirit within.

Poet and Founder of the Mawlawi Sufi Order

Ye who search of God, of God, pursue.

Ye need not search for God is you, is you!

Why seek ye something that was missing

ne’er?  Save you none is, but you are –

where, oh, where?

 

The desire to separate humankind from God,

and all sentient life for that matter, becomes

more difficult as we explore the spiritual

concept of God as an expanding consciousness.

 

Although the quote from Rumi above,

demonstrates what has been a popular

esoteric mystical opinion - we and God

are one - the exoteric religious authorities

have, for the most part, considered this

to be anathema, heretical, often severely

punished. 

 

This may be a reason why I usually sit on this

type of guidance, and have, until I rediscovered

it this morning, and felt ready to delve into

its meaning. Usually, I would rather not offend 

the sensibilities of those who cannot fathom,

or discuss, this close a union of the divine and

humankind.  Just so happens,  Ann, my wife,

is firmly in this group.  

 

Yet, in truth, most of my spiritual work has

been finding and redefining a less supernatural,

more user friendly God, one that might fit

within our modern perspective. I believe

the note below is proposing  just such a

conceptual framework. Your thoughts?

 

ONE PRESENCE SHARED

We and God are intertwined.

We and God are intermingled.

 

A shared consciousness, where our

consciousness exists within the limitless

consciousness of God, stretching

the space of all conscious existence –

we and God are one, God within,

God without – together, we and God –

the creator of all form (which exists as an

extension of our joint consciousness)

are intertwined.

Form is simply, and totally, a representation

of the creative thought of consciousness,

and as such, has no innate power. Always

in matters of form, we must return to the

originator and the origination of our sense

experience – creative conscious thought. 

Let us fully comprehend and grasp this

essential truth of comingled consciousness;

sharing the combined power of truly dual

conscious existence, expanding  our

consciousness and revealing the truth of

all existence, one presence shared. Seek

the point of origin in meditation, reflection,

and prayer.

Understand, it is only through our personal

conscious connection with the world of form

that God can impact or interact or experience

the world of form. As God is a vehicle of our

expanded consciousness, we, you, me all

sentient life is a conduit for God to form

consciousness, for mutual, total, integrated

existence. Each sentient being is a conscious

receptor of and within tangible existence.

(If we do not open ourselves up to this God

connection, God cannot fully enter our world

except through grace.)

CONSCIOUS EXTENSION

You are consciousness within a greater

consciousness; a subset of a universal

or God-consciousness, which is the power

and force of all eternal existence, alive in

its knowingness – immersed in its potential –

more than alive – the edge of conception

forming, becoming, re-being – beating with

a pulse of silent thunder – breathing life in

and out with waves of clear, fresh, fragrant,

existence.

 

You are the living essence of this consciousness –

its voyager in the world, its experiencer,

its sensor of consciousness alive –

able to co-create, propagate, procreate more

tentacles of conscious awareness – capable of

extending and reforming the boundaries of

perfect life alive. You are part of the flesh,

the cells, the sentient fabric of God-consciousness –

an extender of God in form – a God all its own.

The past few weeks have been a blur,

literally, as we took turns as the patient,

first Ann, then me – were forced to realize

that flu vaccinations do not necessarily

mean you will not get the flu, although,

most likely, not the one you are protected

to resist, but instead, some genetically

unplanned for next of kin that has gone

under the radar.  

 

Although on the positive side, this medical

hiatus has proven supportive of spiritual

pursuits, especially prayer, and meditation.

Given the extra time, attempting more

intensive meditation seemed to be a viable

option.

 

When I decide to, as I call it, go deeper,

I always prepare the way with prayer,

explaining what I am about to do and what

I want to accomplish. I ask for God’s assistance,

especially when dealing with the occasional

negative thoughts, images, memories, or

whatever might be unleashed.

 

When I did, I received the note below titled

Dive Deep– an example of what over the

past ten years of my quest, I have recorded

as inspired guidance and have termed

as Notes On Enlightenment(N.O.E.’s) -

to reflect that these are responses I receive

when I ask for God’s guidance. I consider them

inspired because I write down or transcribe,

what comes to me, word for word, without

editing. As the note below explains, most

mystics have conveyed, deep diving offers

its own spiritual treasure.

 

I close this post with a poem/prayer

titled, The Hum.

 

DIVE DEEP

 

In the vastness exists all things, all that was,

all that is, all that will ever be: allow it to flow

unchecked, go with its currents and tides,

allow the waves of awareness to wash over

you and through you; observe without judgment,

for in this place, qualifications, expectations,

judgments are needless, wasted energy –

observe and move on when unappealing or

distressing, languish if desired, dive deeper

if desired, for this is the basis of life itself in all

its vagaries, vicissitudes, the essence of passions,

of desires, of strivings, of successes, and of course,

of failures – hopeless or needless blunders – yet

more important – the reachings, the yearnings,

the outstretched hope for more: what lies ahead,

the next step, the possibility if only, if only all

things are aligned – and when they do or are –

the expression of unbridled joy – the hallelujah

of existence. Dive deep, dive often, and be

transformed.

THE HUM

 

In your grasp, I am one,

    flesh made whole,

        soul within a greater soul,

            waiting, appeased by

nothing less than clear,

    complete immersion,

        to drown away this

            worldliness, this focus

on folly, to cleanse away

     this desirous appetite,

        left only with the hum

            of self-contained peace,

the original selfless

    soul of pre-emergence,

The Upanishads, as translated by Eknath Easwaran,

my favorite version of this spiritual scripture, which

features the teachings of the Hindu scriptures from

the Brahman period, about 500 BCE; considered

as one of the 100 most influential books ever written.

 

I find the Upanishads fascinating because they focus

on the universal spirit (Brahman) and the

individual self  (Atman). The Brahman is the

ultimate, both transcendent and immanent,

the absolute infinite existence, the total of all that

ever is, was, or shall be, which I would call God.

 

Through our individual self – which is Divine - we

are all connected to Brahman. Anyone who has

followed New Thought will recognize that the Atman

is often referred to as our Christ Nature  or Divine

self, which is connected to the Universal Mind

or God.

 

I would like to share with you this Meditative

Guidance below that is titled All Connected.

As you read, you will see this guidance goes on

to help us better understand the teachings

of the Hindu mystics who wrote the Upanishads

over two thousand years ago.

 

ALL CONNECTED

I see myself in a million selves all one and connected.

All connected. All one. All God. This is the essence of

the Divine connection with God within the self –

connected to all the God selves living now or

transitioned. It is this connection of self-force

that creates the power and energy of the Divine –

the Divine self – the Divine soul.

 

Only the ego, or the false self, made up of the

fears and indoctrination of a lifetime of separate

self-training sees our self as separate and not part

of the whole Divine Soul.

 

In God, we are alive and connected to the Divine

Soul or self and all selves. We can connect to this

energy and force, easily traveling through this

connection – via the Heartlight - into the hopes

and dreams, desires, and creation of all selves –

all living kind and experience, the essence of the

divine connection.

 

Connect to your Divine self and connect to the selves

of all life connected – the Divine self of God. Travel

through this connection and explore the mysteries

of  life and all existence – explore the Divine within

you and all existence – One In God.

As I write and edit Part Three of the Finding God On The

Blog Book Story, titled God Consciousness And

The Divinity Within,  I have spent hours reading

and rereading the guidance I have received over

the past ten-plus years. As is also standard practice

for me, I have spent a great deal of time

meditating and connecting directly with God 

to explore the topic. As I deep dive into the essence

of this message, I often run across guidance that

now requires a fresh look and understanding like

the guidance below titled God Thought.  

 

GOD THOUGHT

We exist within the consciousness of God –

a subset of the whole – a personal consciousness

within God-consciousness.  Our being, our form,

all that surrounds us, and all that is within us,

is God-originated existence.

 

All we see or experience is simply a thought

of God – we are a thought of God – and within

this ocean of thought we have our being, are conscious,

and we are bathed in the essence of God Thought.

 

We live within God – all we experience in this

collective God-consciousness – which our limited

consciousness is based – is found in this divine

consciousness.

 

In the extended vision of God, we get to explore

humanity – God Thought manifested in full form

to experience this existence. We live submerged

in the creation of God Thought – all made of the

same thought substance.

 

Within our  consciousness is an awareness of

this connection – this oneness of Universal God

force – the divine spark fully aware of its source,

its origin, and its destiny.

 

Within the collective God-consciousness is the

power and energy to create personal human

thought, the gift of creative power allowing us

to be one in our God potential, to contribute

to the voice of God in existence – as we live,

thrive, and create at the apex of God Thought.
