It is really discontentment our egos use
to spur us on, to get us what the ego thinks
is rightfully ours. The trouble with being
content is that our egos have an insatiable
appetite, often stoked by our sense of lack,
along with the fear of not getting our share.
What if we could just stop, right here and
now, saying - "I am content with what I have,
who I am, and where I am in life. I have no
need for more, I have all I want right now!"
What would it take for us to do this?
Is it possible?
BEING CONTENT
Let us be content with what we have
and rejoice in our abundance, recognizing
the gifts of a prosperous life have been
given to us – providing for us so we may
move forward, and live the message we
have received.
Let us be content with who we are -
knowing we are fully prepared
to do the work we are called to do –
a perfect combination of talents, skills,
ability, and positive attitude ready to
transform our lives, the lives of others,
and the world.
Let us be content with where we are -
perfectly poised to receive our greatest
good, and in return, offer it back multiplied
by our vision-based in love – back to those
who are waiting to receive – waiting to
flourish – waiting to be touched.
