A MORE VIGOROUS PROPOSITION

When life creates wrinkles, causing

    our plans to bunch and fold, possibly,

        disrupting our desired momentum,

    even adding a twist not considered

        previously - we question why now,

wondering where this may lead?

 

We soon realize no protest or denial

    will set these wrinkles straight, only

        due consideration will flatten out

    this anomaly; so with bated breath

        we assume the chore, doubting

what good may come of it.

 

And as we do, our perspective broadens,

    our previously unplanned for efforts

        seem to make some sense, capturing

    our imagination just enough to stimulate

        the hint of a more vigorous proposition –

    that when examined with full attention,

reflects an opportunity worth pursuing!
