Let us open our hearts, our minds, our spirits

and potential waiting for our strident “YES!” –

waiting for our sure foot free of doubt and

Today let us aspire to be ourselves

rather than adjust ourselves to fit some

standard – some formulation of improved

qualities we should all strive to mirror

in our day-to-day lives, and instead,  just

bring to life what we have been created

to offer.

 

Today let us just be our best selves –

no more – no less – understanding that

within our eccentricities exists our unique

contribution to the flavor and fabric of life

and existence itself – so bring all of you

to the party – leave nothing out – and let

Sometimes we must make our way when

no path is obvious, sometimes we must

inspire ourselves when no inspiration

is forthcoming, at these times, we must

understand that the creative force for

good truly exists within us, not something

received, but is generated instead.

Today let us reach within and generate

our worthy contribution - grabbing hold

of our clear and always present desire

to make more of this life than we now

encounter, to see through its limitations

and expand its horizons.

So today, we transcend our even-well

earned malaise, pushing forward to be

more, give more, provide more - sure

that this forward progress is just what

we and others who look to us for

guidance need - to see above, and

beyond, and onward.

given form, by our creative Souls - so this

life, our life now – is a vision of life

propelled into being by our heartfelt

For all we love about our current lives,

let us affirm it, establish its continued

existence - for what we wish to change,

to alter, or to refashion – let us love

FULLER LIFE

Fuller life is what you seek and is the essence

of all struggle and movement on this earth.

Fuller life is not more of what you have, but is

conceiving and seeing what exists around you.

What is your heaven on earth?

Would you recognize it if it appeared?

Heaven is being one with life – living in full

enthusiasm – loving abundantly and becoming

your authentic self.  The squirrel moving across

the lawn is not divided within itself – it has one

purpose – live life to its fullest – pushing

boundaries at times – taking risks but being

a squirrel.

 

Being Fully You – is authentic life – not the you

of your parent's dreams or your lover's desires -

but the you God has empowered you to be.  

Move back to this and start exploring from there.

This is the you of your talents, your ability,

your dreams. What impedes progress toward

being fully you? Every day we are presented with

a life of our past – created from our past desires.

Learn to live and accept it – to flow with it and see

its place. You must accept this place and create

from this spot – not negating – but affirming

and building.

I would like to explore the struggle, at least for me,

between “belief” and “fear” and feature some 

Affirmative Thoughts and MeditationNotes that

I want to share on these topics. I hope you

find them helpful. 

 

First, an Affirmative Thought For Today.

 

              INTERNAL STRUGGLE

             Let us fully understand and be aware,

                  that there is no struggle in our world

                   that is not an internal struggle –

                   entirely centered in our minds and

                   created by our thoughts.

           

            Let us fully comprehend that within,

                we have the power to reinterpret,

                reenvision and reframe any conflict,

                struggle, or negative event, simply,

                by rethinking and realigning our thoughts.

 

            All we see outside is created from within.

 

            Today, see only solutions, positive action

               and steady progress!

 

Next, I would like to conclude with a Meditation

Note that helps me conceptualize my internal

struggle between “belief,” on the one hand, and

“fear” on the other.  

 

POWER OF BELIEF                                           

Believe, and it will be true – it will be created – manifested

into complete form – full life. Simply believe. Belief is a full

alignment and focus of your vibrational energy –  

your creative soul energy - and it takes a tremendous

act of  clarity and focus.

 

Belief requires that competing forces in your mind and

Soul do not question but fully supports the effort – totally –

completely. Otherwise, “doubt” splits the focus like

a wedge and impedes the movement to total belief.

 

What is “doubt” but the competing ego forces of fear

and insecurity? The ego shouts – “how could this be true –

how could you move the mountain? Are you crazy? - do

you need help?” It is your job and in your self-interest

to indoctrinate the ego - soothe and retrain the voice

in your head to seek the safety of total belief – total

clarity in pursuing the prize of enlightenment.

 

Utilize the ego, teaming with the ego in the pursuit

of complete and total belief. Believe in yourself and your

capacity for cocreation - your ability to harness

the power and create heaven on earth.

 

Believe and it will be so!

Spiritual quests are often about expanding

our insight, our vision, our comprehension

of what is actually occurring to us in

spiritual consciousness. It is often easy to

sit back and settle for what appears to us now

to be a revelation. Let us be sure we have made

the connection with God we were intended

to accomplish, knowing we are fully capable

of this intricate balance.  

 

FULL VISION  

Let us not move away from

            but towards a full vision

of complete spiritual renewal,

            with a sure-footed step,

aware and alive in the truth –

            connected life with God

is plausible, doable, and obtainable.

 

Let us clear away any doubt,

            fear, or confusing sentiment,

prepared and ready to grasp

            the notion of a connected

universe, where all within

            exist within the same ocean

of being, intention, and active life.

 

And as we do, understand

            our place, realizing each breath

is a lifeline, underscoring

            our very interdependence,

as we survive and thrive in

            our ocean of positive expansion,

aware caretakers of this

            intricate balance.

Are we ready to proceed forward today?

    To do so with focused surrender, aware

        of the benefits associated with growth,

            progress, structured and inspired evolution –

    with steps of strength and purpose.

            Are we ready to proceed? Fully aware

        that our energized living contains the

            creative spark of the divine vision,

                constantly coalescing the intentions

            of an emergent existence – steps of hope

    and compassion.

 Are we determined today? Clearly poised

    to push through the impediments,

        surmount the improbable, and master

            the moment presented, succeeding beyond

        expectations or logic – with steps of will

    and sincerity.

In our culture of perceived scarcity and lack,

we expect, better yet, to demand productive

results, even in spiritual matters. But what

if we were to heed the advice below, and

realize that what is to be may be the answer

we are so actively seeking. Perhaps, this is

the message we need to incorporate into

our lives.

 

ALLOW WHAT IS TO BE

Allow what is to be, accepting its relevance,

its purpose, choosing to see its pertinence

at this point and place in time; rather than

assuming some failure of diligence or your

part; some lack of planning or organization;

rather than moving to alter or change schedules

to ensure a different outcome; to will a more

agreeable present: take a moment to allow

just what is to be.

 

Is it really more appropriate or efficient

to descend on this situation, circumstance,

or happenstance with a sense of dismay,

resentment, failure for its lack of productivity,

results, progress; why berate yourself, others,

or fate for this moment of time without

accomplishment, without something to show

for its existence; perhaps it is asking you

to just allow what is to be?

 

As you allow this, strive to realize that this

moment may be best spent as it is, unattended,

undocumented, unframed – without form or

purpose – just as it is – allowing what is to be –

realizing it may contain the truth, insight,

or enlightenment you are seeking.

Let us find our good within this day –

a positive gesture, a child’s glee,

a moment of sweet remembrance,

an expression of gratitude – knowing

at the heart of our existence is the genuine

flow of Divine love.

 

Let us be an active agent of good in this

day, always ready and able to extend

our love to make this life an adventure,

better, brighter, more appealing for

those we encounter along the way –

an accelerator of good.

 

Let us understand fully that with each

breath, every step, the force of good

is the essence of all life – accepting

our responsibility to protect it, nourish

it, grow it, and harvest it in all we do –

being  a multiplier of good in the world

Let us not be transfixed

            upon this moment forlorn,

with emotions and perceptions

            immersed in our malaise;

somber; sullen, like a thick glue

             of despair, adhering us to a vision

of outrageous fortune.

 

Instead, let us shed this dismal goo,

            this gloom we alone create from

mishandled thought, depressed

            interpretation, hazy logic; turning

our sights towards fresher vistas

            and more worthy considerations.

 

Here, now, let us defend our right

            for joy, love, peace, and happiness,

knowing this is the only true objective

            of living, being alive on this earth;

ready, fully, to continue with vigor,

energy, and belief in our ascent

            towards lasting magnificence.

In response to my  many questions regarding 

how God-Consciousness is structured and

works, I received the Guidance below titled

God Thought.  Let me know your thoughts. 

 

 GOD THOUGHT

We exist within the consciousness of God –

a subset of the whole – a personal consciousness

within God-consciousness.  Our being, our form,

all that surrounds us, and all that is within us,

is God-originated existence.

 

All we see or experience is simply a thought

of  God – we are a thought of God – and within

this ocean of thought we have being, are conscious,

and we are bathed in the essence of God's thought.

 

We live within God – all we experience in this

collective God-consciousness – which our limited

consciousness is based – is founded in this

Divine consciousness.

 

In the extended vision of God, we get to explore

humanity – God thought manifested in full form

to experience this existence. We live submerged

in the creation of God thought – all made of the

same thought substance.

 

Within our  consciousness is an awareness of

this connection – this oneness of universal God

force – the Divine spark fully aware of its source,

its origin, and its destiny.

 

Within the collective God-consciousness is the

power and energy to create personal human

thought, the gift of creative power allowing us

to be one in our God potential,  to contribute

to the voice of God in existence – as we live,

thrive, and create at the apex of God thought.

All creativity is at your fingertips, ready to be

harnessed by your consciousness – open the

canvas and create the life of your dreams –

heaven on earth – outlining the knowledge or

guidance you wish to convey.  There can be no

wrong, no missteps,  since you are all creative

energy – just trust in the source of the signal

and move forward. There is no failure in this

creative action – it is the work of God – the

Divine calling – the building and forming of

what is at first thought and becomes form.

 

All you create comes from source – one with

source – an expression of God through you –

wake up to it – use it to light the path to

oneness, to wholeness, to the connection

with God.
