It is all within us, heaven on earth,
love and wisdom, truth – unity – God,
everything we seek, all that we desire,
aspire to, stretch to obtain, the power
to heal ourselves as well as others;
the enlightenment; the transcendence,
the very infinity we struggle to comprehend;
all history; all of evolution; the cosmos,
the consciousness, all levels of comprehension,
full and utter existence.
Yet, alongside of this - the murky,
the fearful, the anxiety, the suffering,
the hell unattended, the pain carried,
our own and that of our ancestors,
the chaos of wanton desires,
our animal natures, our monsters,
our confusion, our despair.
We must submerge ourselves through
contemplation, prayer, and meditation
to find our way, ordering our all-ness
for positive existence and being,
for becoming.
