Ann came home from work last night and I could
instantly tell that she was distraught. We went out
to the back patio and I asked what was wrong.
It was as if life was zapped out of her and replaced
with pain. I could tell that her pain-body (see
Chapter 10 for more info on the pain-body) had
taken this opportunity to move in for control.
I asked with the most sensitive and empathetic voice
I could muster - "what's the matter sweetie?" She
just looked at me and said, "I don't want to talk
about it because I don't want to relive it." I said,
"I can feel your negative vibrations and they are
so strong that I know you are in pain". She said
yes and turned away.
When I was in graduate school learning counseling
it took me many sessions to learn to respect
someone's wishes when facing a traumatic event.
So I respected Ann's request and did not pry or
refer to it all night. This morning I prayed and
asked for guidance for Ann and received this
message below for Ann and all of us who are
faced with life trauma and need to release and
let go.
RELEASE AND LET GO
Today release and let go of any anger,
hurt, or turmoil residing within you –
forgive those who have contributed
to your pain – collect the residual
thoughts and emotions and through
focused prayer jettison them all from
your consciousness.
Today release and let go then move on
to new, fresh, and more appealing
thoughts and emotions by focusing
on what is rather than what was –
what could be rather than what should
be – returning to the serenity and
tranquility of an unencumbered mind,
Today release and let go as the smile
returns to your face, the laugh of joy
to your reactions, and a general feeling
of well being to your soul as you affirm:
“I AM A FORTRESS
OF POSITIVE BEING,
NOTHING CAN
PENETRATE ME. ”
Repeat this affirmation until you
believe and you know all is well.
AT G. 8.2.2012
With Love, G.
