Being alive and human is at times
a struggle, yet we are made from
tough stock - the dust of stars,
the dreams of cosmic life, the infinite
striving of cells too small to see, an
all encompassing infinite soul.
The note below reminds us of this
innate resilience - our ability for
regeneration - yet it does provide
some sage advice: the merits of
constructive change when possible.
WITH WOUNDS HEALED
Resilience - our ability to rebound,
spring back, regain our equilibrium,
is at the center of human nature;
our elasticity, enabling us to withstand
direct impact and recover, stronger
from the ordeal.
It is this capacity for regeneration,
actual reformation, with wounds
healed, and traumas abated, that
sharpens our instincts, hones our
skills, and toughens our psyches
Even so, it is in our best interest
to seek a more peaceful livelihood,
one conducive to positive pursuits,
where empowerment, growth, and
personal development are prescribed
daily; where smiles appear sincere,
thriving commonplace, flourishing
WITH LOVE, G.
